The last 90 minute session of the Series, new faces welcome!
We'll meet o the last Saturday of our first quarter of the year, with prompts, a fun reading list and a little show of work.

Session Three: March 29 11 am EST

Come spend the last Saturday of March with me and a group of artists and writers, in a salon style session designed to bring artists together to rest and focus on their own singular art-making and ideas, gain inspiration each month, work through questions and challenges in their practice and have some fun doing it.

These intimate once a month gatherings combine generative prompts and discussions for artists of all disciplines to work through questions and challenges in their work with inspiration, suggested readings and special guests. While we won't share our work like we do in the residencies there will be a final free add-on presentation session to show or read one work each!

We'll meet three Saturdays at 11am EST: Jan 25, Feb 22, Mar 29 for 90 minutes.
The first session has passed but I'm offering the next two sessions for you to join us.

If you are in need of some support and community, are interested in expanding and deepening your art practice and your reach these sessions are a wonderful way of taking time out to reflect on the month behind and plan for the month ahead, to look at art, talk about artists and engage with others in conversation. What challenges and necessities does your work present and represent in your life and the lives of others? How can you work with more imagination, joy, rest, integrity, courage? Where to start, middle and finish?

When I offered 90 minute sessions similar to these last summer ago, I worked with artists of all disciplines and watched as each person came out feeling more focussed and organized, made more meaningful connections to the work they were creating or hoped to be making, and noticed a new confidence in them many had not entered with. When the classes were over I watched as they finally took more chances, sent their work around and became the kind of artist they had always wanted to be. Participants found community as well and made long-term friends whose aims were similar: to make good work and be the kinds of artists they felt called to be.

Workshops will be recorded for participants who cant make the session and available for 6 months from the last session.
